I had a very positive experience with KAWANNA. She is amazing. She has a lot of knowledge to offer. I really appreciated her help and great smile. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am so excited to come back because of this experience.

I visited Affinity for a topical for my knee. I was initially greeted by two smiling and friendly receptionists who easily guided me through the intake process. Once completed, I met with their pharmacist, Elisa, who was absolutely delightful to work with. I have never used these types of products so I was completely naïve. Elisa made it is easy and simple. She explained the process completely and the choices that I had and how each of them worked. I felt confident when I left. I have never been to any business where ALL of the staff were so friendly and warm. I will gladly return when the need arise.

The name of this dispensary should be INTEGRITY!! I have never had a more positive experience with any other shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They are amazing with great products. Go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed. Great people, products and service!! AWESOME!!!

This is a new review of AFFNITY in New Haven CT. I been going to this dispensary the longest since I became a med patient and honestly they are and still are the best dispensary, the staff is always very nice and helpful and on point . The staff in previous times was questionable but the recent staff is top notch . The other day I went in was a short a few dollars on my order and the manager on duty spotted me the remainder amount and applied it off my order ! That was the coolest thing I’ve experienced at any dispensary and I want to thank them ! I would highly recommend this place . Not only are they good people but the prices are always reasonable, they have daily specials which always saves me money and I wish I now lived closer to this place cuz I would come in any time I need something but I never regret coming back when I come in .. and no I am not writing a positive review in hopes of 250 points added to my loyalty although I would def appreciate it! I write because in past reviews I may have been a little harsh but they have really gotten so much better and cooler . Thanks again
